ESD Protected Model with Built-in Long-life LED Illuminator (Dedicated to Reflected Illumination)
A bright long-life LED illuminator has been employed in an ESD protected microscope that can protect semiconductor devices from static charge. Two kinds of reflected illuminators are available including those capable of oblique illumination in addition to the standard type. An oblique illuminator can provide a high contrast image with a simple operation.
